New club committee man Bill Runacre has launched a campaign to persuade us all to take advantage of our membership benefits.
Bill said: “If you are not already signed up, you should know that your membership of Caversham entitles you to become a standard member of the Croquet Association at no extra charge.
“As a standard member, among other benefits you will:
- * Receive a paper copy of the Gazette (right) for 12 months.
- * Have access to the online version of the magazine.
- * Have CA voting rights.
- * Have access to the ‘members only’ section of the CA website.
- * Be entitled to a discount when you buy items at the CA onlineshop.“You should note that the CA does have other membership types, including a paying one that entitles you to greater benefits and discounts. It’s up to you which type of CA membership you take up.”So, if you wish to become a member of the CA:
- 1 Go to the Croquet Association Website
- 2 Decide which type of membership you wish to have
- 3 Click on the relevant ‘join’ button to the right
- 4 Enter your email address and follow the instructions.
